Apollo Series Efficient Compact Air Scrubber
The Apollo Series scrubber is an efficient and compact scrubber system for the capture and removal of pollutant gases and particulate greater than 5 µm. The ejector/venturi design creates suction at the scrubber inlet, eliminating the need for a blower, while also removing particulate.
Nova Series High Energy Venturi Scrubber System
The Nova Series high energy venturi is a system specially designed to capture and remove fine particulates while removing soluble contaminates in a gas stream. The Nova high energy venturi scrubber is designed for optimal removal efficiency, while maintaining the lowest possible operating cost. The adjustable throat allows for adjustments in pressure drop and removal efficiency. Making it versatile technology in the world of “air pollution control”.
Orion Series Packed Bed Scrubber
The Orion Series packed bed scrubber is among the most utilized air pollution control abatement technology, based upon its versatility with a vast array of contaminant removal, processes, and industries served. The Orion Series packed bed scrubber can be in a horizontal or vertical configuration to accommodate footprint or height restrictions.
Safe-Cell I Series EO Wet Scrubber
With the Safe-Cell I series scrubber, the gas stream enters the scrubber below the packing, where it is introduced to the scrubbing liquid and packing media. Whether EO or PO, the scrubbing liquid is 5% Sulfuric Acid for absorbing the contaminant. Because of their low solubility and high volatility, Epoxides require a very large water flow to facilitate absorptive mass transfer. Acid allows recirculation of the water by catalyzing reaction of the Epoxides to form Glycols.
Safe-Cell II EtO Scrubbers
The SafeCell II™ dry scrubber uses dual stacked downflow beds to provide high-efficiency EO and PO removal in a compact unit under 7 ft. Each system treats up to 2000 scfm, with higher flows handled by multiple units. Proprietary media and patented chemisorption technology deliver removal efficiencies up to 99.99%. Built from 304 stainless steel for durability, the SafeCell II offers easy media replacement, long service life, and seismic-rated models such as the DR490C-8.
